Dla rezerwacji, w których zaliczka może zostać przeniesiona na voucher, wymagamy przedpłaty w wysokości 40% wartości pobytu. Jeśli wpłata nie zostanie dokonana, rezerwacja zostaje anulowana. W przypadku rezygnacji na minimum 14 dni przed planowanym przyjazdem, wpłacona kwota zostanie przekształcona w voucher do wykorzystania na pobyt w naszym obiekcie w ciągu 3 miesięcy od daty anulacji. Jeśli rezerwacja zostanie anulowana później niż 14 dni przed przyjazdem lub Gość nie pojawi się w obiekcie, zaliczka przepada. Pozostałą część kwoty za pobyt można opłacić na miejscu.
