W przypadku rezerwacji z możliwością anulacji do 14 dni przed przyjazdem, wymagamy przedpłaty w wysokości 30% wartości pobytu. Jeśli wpłata nie zostanie dokonana, rezerwacja zostaje anulowana. Gość może bez kosztowo zrezygnować z pobytu do 14 dni przed planowanym przyjazdem – w takim przypadku wpłacona zaliczka zostanie zwrócona w ciągu 21 dni po mailowym potwierdzeniu kwoty zwrotu. W przypadku rezygnacji po tym terminie lub niepojawienia się w obiekcie, pobrana zostanie opłata w wysokości 30% wartości rezerwacji. Skrócenie pobytu nie wiąże się z możliwością zwrotu niewykorzystanych noclegów.
