Great stay
Really nice, rooms spotless, bathrooms elegant, terraces and an amazing view from the balcony as well as the restaurant, breakfast is a buffet, and although it鈥檚 not a buffet like at Clarion, the food surpassed that luxury, tasty, interesting because of unusual combinations, cakes and fruits are also available, the facility itself was a positive surprise, if you want to splash around you go to the pool, if not, there is a sauna to choose from, or a jacuzzi (not to be confused with a Japanese warrior 馃ぃ) or other water jets etc., the lifeguard is very pretty so in case of an emergency, an angel will save you, on the way back a game of billiards or ping pong, I recommend it.
Excellent service and beautiful views of the Pieniny Mountains
The property located on a hill offers beautiful views of the Pieniny Mountains from the balcony and restaurant. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, and saunas are a great asset of this place. The staff is very friendly and helpful, cleanliness is important.
Definitely recommend
Very nice and always helpful staff. Starting with the ladies at the reception, the cleaning ladies, the ladies in the dining room, the beautician and the physiotherapy staff, etc. I stayed in a single room. The room was small but with a beautiful view. The only downside was the lack of a small cabinet in the room or an additional shelf, similarly in the bathroom. But there was a large balcony with a chair. Definitely recommend.
Very successful stay
The hotel is connected to the Budowlani sanatorium. A plus is that you can move between the buildings through an internal connecting corridor. The hotel section was clean, and the room was fine. The bedding and sheets were fresh. The only thing to complain about was the residue of red wine on the carpet and on the wall behind the table from previous guests.
In the room, we had a kettle and sachets of coffee/tea as well as 2 bottles of water available. On the day we left a note asking not to enter the room for cleaning, we found a fresh garbage bag and two new bottles of water by the door, which was a really nice gesture. The buffet breakfasts had a wide selection. The SPA area is well-maintained and varied - pool, several saunas, jacuzzi, a sunny meadow, and a nice lifeguard. In the sanatorium building, you can have fun every evening in the caf茅 with a drink and dancing.
Be careful with the location on rainy/snowy days if you want to go for a walk, as the driveway is relatively steep in this district.
Men's trip with son
The hotel met the expectations placed on it, it was very clean, the staff very cheerful and smiling and very helpful. I will add that the lifeguard as well, because I read somewhere that he was grumpy - nothing of the sort.
Lots of amenities - swimming pool, foosball, billiards, a bike room next to the reception. Delicious breakfasts, it's impossible to try everything during a short stay. Coffee from the machine is very tasty. Beautiful view from the dining room.
The facility is connected to a sanatorium, so very nice guests are everywhere, some will mind this, others won鈥檛.
Location - near Dietl Square - you go down or ride down a hill, but coming back up you have to climb. For those in worse shape - don鈥檛 worry, there are taxis. We rode bicycles.
Very good location for trips to mountain trails.
No alternatives with a pool downstairs, so that alone decided the reservation. And you know what - I don鈥檛 regret it.
Greetings to all the nice ladies from the staff, rarely during the entire stay did I meet anyone who worked with a face like it was "a punishment". That is very important.
Price - sweetened by the pool and breakfasts. It鈥檚 not the cheapest here, but we get something extra.
Best option in the area
This is my second time here and I really have to recommend this property. After renovations 5-6 years ago, it is kept clean and tidy. Everywhere the staff is friendly! The ladies at the reception are always cheerful and helpful. I highly recommend the pool and sauna area, a high standard for such a property. It should be noted that the pool can be accessed for a small (!) fee without being a hotel guest, which is a great option for anyone after, for example, a day of skiing. Highly recommended, locals say it鈥檚 the best option in the area :)
Recommended for stay and relaxation in the mountains
Breakfasts - A wide selection of products. Yogurts, cold cuts, several hot dishes, cake and fruit. Just pick and enjoy ;)
The staff is very kind and ready to meet your needs. The cleaning ladies made a great effort to be discreet while ensuring nothing was missing; a daily portion of water and coffee was always on the nightstand. I highly recommend it from the bottom of my heart.
Beautiful views in an excellent hotel
In my opinion, this is the most beautifully located sanatorium and hotel in Szczawnica with stunning views of the Pieniny Mountains. The staff at the reception, dining room, and the cleaning ladies are very kind. In the hotel section where I stayed, the rooms were large, cozy, and very clean. The double bed was very large and extremely comfortable. The cable network offered a good number of channels (for those who prefer comfort). In the wide corridors, you can sense freshness and beautiful floral scents. In front of the Sanatorium, you will find free deck chairs, tables with chairs, and a play area with toys and a slide for children. The passage to the dining room and the pool and SPA area goes through a connecting walkway and the sanatorium section, so you don't need to go outside. At breakfast, the ladies serve a large variety of cold cuts, yellow and white cheeses, vegetables and fruits, light and dark bread. To drink, there are teas, coffee from professional espresso machines, water with lemon and mint, and apple juice. For hot dishes, there is scrambled eggs, sausages fried with onions, frankfurters, fried eggs with bacon, and blood sausage (called Krupniok in Silesia). With such variety, it's easy to feel overwhelmed. For coffee, you can go out to the terrace with views of Wysoka and Palenica and sit in comfortable armchairs. The morning views are breathtaking. In the new SPA zone, you can choose from a dry sauna, aromatherapy sauna, Bosnian bucket, experience shower, steam bath, whirlpool for 6 people with loungers, and a recreational pool with jets. Dancing evenings are held every day from 7 PM to 10 PM in the bar on the ground floor. I rented a bathrobe for 8 nights for only 15 PLN. The quality matched the price for an 8-day stay. Honestly, I am very impressed and it's hard to find anything to criticize. This was the most pleasant holiday I've had in 25 years.
Place worth recommending
Great location, clean rooms, good and varied food, many attractions inside and around the Resort also for children, spacious, guarded parking, friendly and competent staff. A place worth recommending
Hotel worth visiting
A charming place with high-level customer service. Decent tasty cuisine, a completely renovated spa area (pool, saunas, jacuzzi). The facility is located on a hill and at the same time very close to the center of Szczawnica. To be honest, it should be mentioned that Szczawnica and some of its monuments require restoration, but this is one of those places worth visiting. An excellent base for bike trips or as accommodation before heading to the musical sheepfold....
