Sanatorium (NFZ)
Sanatorium Budowlani in Szczawnica provides spa treatment under an agreement with the National Health Fund. Spa treatment is conducted within 21-day stays, based on a referral from the NHF. The stays are intended for patients with the following conditions:
- laryngological,
- pulmonological,
- rheumatological.
The stay begins on the first day at 2:00 PM and ends on the last day at 12:00 PM.
Each stay is preceded by a medical consultation during which the doctor qualifies the patient for the appropriate treatment program. During the stay, guests remain under the constant care of qualified medical, nursing, and rehabilitation staff. Treatments are carried out in modern equipped rooms, and therapy is supported by the natural microclimate of the Szczawnica spa.
The condition for admission to the sanatorium is to have a referral from the NHF. Partial payment for food and accommodation is regulated in accordance with the applicable Ministry of Health regulations.

Accommodation
All rooms are equipped with a TV, radio, and telephone.
- Double rooms – two single beds, private balconies, southeast side,
- Single rooms – shared balcony for 4 rooms, northwest side,
- Triple rooms – three single beds, no balconies, northwest side.
Additional fees
- Spa fee: 5.00 zł / day / person (payable in cash),
- parking fee: 20.00 zł / day,
- TV usage fee: 70.00 zł / stay / room,
- bedding change on request: 20.00 zł,
- towel change on request: 10.00 zł,
- pool ticket: 30.00 zł (60 minutes).
Bedding is not changed during the stay, towels are changed halfway through the stay. All fees must be settled on the day of arrival.
